The Presser Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce the return of our annual fundraiser – The Gala.  This year our theme will be VARIETY SHOW, and as the name implies, we are seeking a variety of adult performers (vocalists, instrumentalists, dancers, etc.)

*The Gala will be held the 1st week of June in The Black Box Theater within PPAC.

AUDITIONS

·      Open audition dates are Sunday, January 31st (4p – 6p), and Monday, February 1st (6p – 8p)

·      Please limit your audition to 1.5 minutes

·      For vocalist, be prepared to perform w/o mic and a cappella

·      For vocalist, sing something that will showcase your range

·      For all, there is plenty of room to warm-up before your audition.  Relax and have fun.

·      Notifications and call-backs will be completed by Monday, February 8th.

REHEARSALS

            Rehearsal times have not be set, but will be soon.

ENSEMBLES

            You may be asked to be a part of an ensemble.  Please accept that offer – it will further showcase your talent.

*The Gala is our only big fundraiser that has sold out every year in production.  Patrons are treated to quality musical performances, an auction (or two), as well as food and drink.  Cooperate sponsors and other generous contributors help make The Gala a success year after year.  Be a part of it this spring!
